This Privacy Policy explains how Kızılarslan Labs (“we”, “us”), the developer of the mobile game Lumidrop: Drop & Merge (the “Game”), handles information in connection with your use of the Game. By downloading or using the Game, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

The Game itself does not require you to create an account and does not ask for or collect personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number.

Your game progress (such as high scores, coins, achievements, and settings) is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to us.

2. Advertising and third-party services

The Game displays advertisements through Google AdMob, a service provided by Google. To serve ads, Google and its partners may collect and process certain information automatically, which can include:

Device identifiers (such as an advertising ID) and general device information;
Approximate, non-precise location derived from your IP address;
Information about your interaction with ads (such as views).

Because the Game is directed to a general audience that includes children, we configure AdMob to serve only non-personalized, child-directed advertising with a maximum content rating of “G”. 3. Children’s privacy

The Game is suitable for and directed to a general audience, including children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. In accordance with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR-K), and Google Play’s Families policy, all ad requests are tagged for child-directed treatment and for users under the age of consent, and only non-personalized ads are requested. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

4. How information is shared

We do not sell your information. We do not share personal information with third parties except for the automatic ad-serving processing described above, which is performed by Google AdMob acting as our service provider.

5. Your choices

You can reset or limit your device advertising identifier in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads).
Depending on your region, you may have rights under the GDPR (EU/UK) or CCPA (California), such as the right to access or delete information. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

6. Data retention

Locally stored game data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the Game. Data processed by Google for advertising is retained according to Google’s own policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
